An order placed here is an offer. It becomes a contract only when we despatch the goods.

Where a price is clearly mistaken we reserve the right not to proceed, and will offer cancellation at no cost.

Delivery charges, timings and destinations are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and cancellation
The Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy also form part of these terms and take precedence over any summary elsewhere on the site.

Use of this website
Browse and buy freely. Do not copy the product text or photography for use elsewhere, and do not run automated collection against the site.

The text, images and arrangement of this site are owned by Balloons to Go or licensed to it. Product trademarks belong to their respective proprietors.

We describe what we sell as accurately as we can, including sizes, counts and materials. Photographs are representative; colour reproduction varies between screens, and a difference in shade is not a fault.

We limit liability to the order total, except where the law forbids such a limit.

The laws of New York, United States, govern these terms; its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
