Payment Policy

Payment settles at checkout. The confirmation email restates the exact figure taken.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. If you would rather order by phone, telephone +1 212-989-9338 during Monday - Wednesday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (ET). Thursday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Closed Sunday or email team@balloonjoy.shop and we will arrange it directly.

Prices and currency

All amounts are USD. The basket shows goods and delivery separately so the total is never a surprise.

Security

Card numbers are processed by the payment provider on an encrypted connection and are never written to our systems.

Declined payments

If the payment does not go through, the order is not placed. Any pending line on your statement disappears without intervention.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
