Cancellation Policy

Cancel before despatch and nothing is charged. Cancel after and it is treated as a return.

Before despatch

Cancel outright. Nothing is charged and the full amount is returned.

After despatch

The order becomes a return. See the Refund and Returns Policy.

How to cancel

Email team@balloonjoy.shop to cancel. The phone line +1 212-989-9338 is open Monday – Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (ET). Thursday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Closed Sunday if you would rather speak to someone.

Because handling begins within 1–3 business days, a cancellation is most likely to succeed on the day the order is placed. We will always tell you honestly whether the parcel has already gone.

Refunds on cancellation

Once a cancellation is confirmed, the entire payment is refunded within five business days.

When we cancel

Cancellation by us happens when stock runs out, a listing is mispriced, or delivery details cannot be confirmed. You are refunded in full.

Changing an order instead

Adding to an order before despatch is usually possible and avoids a second delivery charge. Changing a delivery address is possible until the label is printed. Both are handled by email at team@balloonjoy.shop.
