Delivery is handled from our New York premises. This document covers charges, handling, transit, tracking and damage in one place.

Charges
Shipping is $7.49 flat, or free from $39. The figure shown at checkout is the figure charged; there is no adjustment afterwards.
Orders are delivered within the United States. Addresses outside the US cannot be selected at checkout.
How long it takes
From order to despatch is one to three business days. From despatch to delivery is five to ten. That is six to thirteen business days overall.
We stop picking at 2:00 PM Eastern each business day. Later orders roll to the following business day.
Tracking
A despatch email carries the tracking number. It is live from the first carrier scan, which may be the evening of the same day.
Damage in transit
If the delivery arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it, and email team@balloonjoy.shop within 48 hours so we can claim and put it right.
Parcels that stop moving
If nothing has scanned for seven business days, contact team@balloonjoy.shop. Traces are our responsibility to open, not yours.
Delivery addresses
Take a moment over the address at checkout. Redirection after despatch is outside our control, and reshipping is charged again.
